As a Retail Allocator and Merchandise Planner (m/f/d) you will be part of our omni channel merchandising team, and a key player in the success of our Retail business. You will support us with the expansion of our retail business, by optimizing stock decisions, and helping us bring our retail processes to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Weekly performance analysis of the Retail business and suggested actions
- Weekly stock allocation to retail stores based on sales performance and in alignment with the Buying team and Retail Country Manager
- Weekly stock replenishment and stock removal, optimizing the performance across the different business units
- Coordination of returns and claims
- Support on the budget plan for Retail business
- Support on discount/promotions strategy and its implementation
- Sales alignment on a monthly basis with Controlling and Accounting
- Lead various projects in the areas of inventory management, merchandise processing, cash register and ERP system
- Work closely with merchandiser peers for the different channels (online and wholesale), retail country manager, buying team, inventory management and accounting/controlling
Requirements
- Degree in (business) economics and fashion management
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast fashion industry top player
- Strong knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for fashion and retail

- Strong analytical skills
