Descripción
- Visit assigned area's producers to assess fields and crop conditions.
- In coordination with the producers, develop plans for the following areas: fertilization and irrigation program, phytosanitary applications, pest and disease control, production (harvest, pruning, others), and other aspects related to the crop.
- Provide technical follow-up and advice to assigned producers.
- Ensure compliance with good agricultural practices.
- Responsible for meeting job performance indicators: number of weekly visits, development of SOP, talks/workshops, conducting trials, generating and sharing knowledge in their zone and with other zones, among others.
- Prepare a report on the conditions and incidents found during each visit.

Profesional con experiencia en:
- Profile: 70% Field (Operations) / 30% Management (Administrative)
- Experience in agricultural production, specifically blueberries.
- Knowledge in phytosanitary practices (pests and diseases), irrigation, and fertigation.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and analytical with initiative.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with officials at different levels, cultures, and ages.
- Availability to relocate to Australia.
- English proficiency
- Valid driver's license.
