Job Overview
Verify the acceptability of the Electrocardiogram(ECG) received on E-Scribe or Muse server. Conduct quality control on unconfirmed ECGs. Raise data clarification form if required. Mentor junior Cardiology Technician staff.
Essential Functions

- Create the Escribe custom ID.
- Compare the demographic details of the ECG prior to confirmation.
- Raise data clarification forms if any mismatch in the received ECG.
- Compare the total number of ECGs received on the E-scribe server and search for mismatch between the total number of auto-printed and actually received ECGs.
- Confirm the acceptability or non- acceptability of the ECG to the investigators, either through mail or through fax, or as specified for a study.
- Conduct enrollment of the patient in Cardiac Safety Services build.
- Enter the details of digital received ECG in MIS.
- Conduct quality control of unconfirmed ECGs on a daily basis.
- Train and mentor junior Cardiology Technician staff.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Data Management and Cardiac Safety Services Operations.
- Resolve protocol related queries and respond to client.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use Microsoft office (Excel,Word.Powerpoint etc)
- Ability to understand the quality of the ECG
