HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Assist with any HR-related issues, both internal and external.
- Take part in the creation of organizational policies and procedures.

- Identify prospects, check references, and help with the hiring process by distributing employment contracts.
- Examine any grievances filed by employees.
- Performance management and employee development strategies should be coordinated.
- Conduct orientations and update the new hires' records.

- Help with payroll and budget management.

Job Requirements:
- Human resources bachelor's degree or studies in a relevant field
- Having worked as an HR coordinator for two years is advantageous.
